General Hotel Information
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available at 3pm, at the earliest. The Alpina Wellness Comfort Board is valid starting at 3pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11am, at the latest. The Alpina Wellness Comfort Board is valid until 10am on the day of departure.
You may pay your hotel bill with the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card, cash or bank transfer in advance.
Bathrobes for adults will be provided for use during your stay.
Packages: the prices are per person and day and include the Alpina Wellness Comfort Board. We do not reimburse for meals not consumed.
Prices: the hotel reserves the right to make changes to the prices.
We are not liable for self-caused accidents, parking claims or loss or damage to your personal items.
Redeeming gift vouchers (media cooperations):
Please note that we can only accept gift vouchers (media cooperations) as payment if you notify us of this when making your reservation. You must notify us of this when confirming the booking. Only then is it possible to redeem vouchers.

Cancellation Conditions & Insurance
Cancellations made up to 3 months before the date of arrival will not be billed. Cancellations made between 3 and 1 month(s) before arrival will be charged for 3 days of the reserved stay. Cancellations made 1 month before arrival we charge 70% of the reserved stay. We charge 100% of the stay if you depart early.Cancellation Terms & Conditions: The Austrian Hotel Regulations (österreichische Hotelreglement) applies. In general, cancellation are only accepted in written form. If you would like, we will be more than happy to send you information regarding travel insurance and/or travel cancellation insurance from the European Travel Insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung) company. www.europaeische.at
Early departure: if you leave earlier than your planned departure date, we charge 100% of the total booking.
