General Hotel Information On the day of arrival, the rooms are available at 3pm, at the earliest. The Alpina Wellness Comfort Board is valid starting at 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please check out at 11am, at the latest. The Alpina Wellness Comfort Board is valid until 10am on the day of departure. You may pay your hotel bill with the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card, cash or transfer in advance (netto hotel). Bathrobes for adults will be provided for use during your stay. Arrangement: the prices are per person and day and include the Alpina Wellness Comfort Board. We do not reimburse for meals not consumed. We do not take responsibility for self-caused accidents, parking claims or loss or damage to your personal items.
Cancellation Insurance Cancellations made up to 3 months before the date of arrival will not be billed. Cancellations made between 3 and 1 month(s) before arrival will be charged for 3 days of the reserved stay. Cancellations made 1 month before arrival or early departure will be charged 70% of the reserved stay. Cancellation Terms & Conditions: The Austrian Hotel Regulations (österreichische Hotelreglement) applies. In general, cancellation are only accepted in written form.
