As an adults-only hotel, our offer is aimed exclusively at adults and young people aged 12 and over. At Christmas, New Year's Eve, and during the carnival season, we are happy to make an exception and welcome families with children as well.

That means: From 28.03. to 12.04.2026, from 18.12 to 10.01.2027, from 28.01 to 28.02.2027, and from14.03 to 10.04.2027 our doors will also be open to families with children!

In our rooms, some with open bathrooms, it’s easy to just switch off and forget the world around you. Our suites and deluxe studios are an absolute highlight for lovers of luxury. The wonderful ambience and high-quality mattresses guarantee the best possible sleep, so that you can enjoy your dreams in complete relaxation.

Please note: From 1 December 2024, the Austrian region of Tyrol will increase the local tourist tax from €1.80 per person and night to €2.60 per person and night. This increase will also apply to stays that have already been booked. Since our room rates are listed without the tourist tax, we will charge the updated amount for stays beginning on or after 1 December 2024 on site.
