The term Ayurveda is derived from the ancient Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Therefore, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life, with the goal of achieving inner strength, activating your self-healing powers, and bringing your entire being into balance. After this intensive treatment, you’ll experience what can only be described as a rebirth.

Itinerary:
Day 1: A personal health assessment with our Ayurveda expert according to the principles of Ayurvedic medicine. We determine your personal constitution type and appropriate treatments and nutritional needs.
Days 2 to 6: Ayurvedic treatments specified according to your constitution type. We’ll pamper you with the following treatments:

Detox body peeling and algae pack
Abhyanga (Ayurvedic full-body oil treatment)
Netra Tarpana (eye treatment)
Jala Neti (nasal passage cleansing)
Padabhyanga (leg and foot massage)
Pinda Sveda (herbal stamp massage)
Shiroabhyanga (Ayurvedic head massage)
Shirodhara (forehead oil pouring)
Madhu Pratikara (honey massage)

Day 7: Purification day with facial treatment or detox peeling and algae pack
Day 8: Ayurveda treatment
Day 9: Final consultation with tips and advice on how you can integrate the principles of Ayurveda into your everyday life and an additional Jala Neti treatment.
