Go on a journey to yourself. Shirodhara is a holistic Ayurvedic treatment that offers deep relaxation and inner peace. Included in the offer: two yoga sessions per day as well as an Ayurvedic oil pouring with back massage (30 minutes). The flowing movements and balanced postures of yoga relax your mind and strengthen your body. During oil pouring, warm herbal oil flows in a continuous stream onto your forehead and stimulates your forehead chakra.
