Yoga teacher and Ayurveda masseuse
Sabine is a Sivananda Hatha Yoga teacher and Ayurveda masseuse. She completed her teacher training in 1998, and her training as a yoga master in 2002. She has been teaching groups of beginners, advanced students, pregnant women, and children for more than 20 years as well as holding individual classes for people with special needs or health restrictions. Besides her love for yoga and working with people, her greatest passion is travelling and spending lots of time in the nature.
Kristina comes from Croatia and completed her training as a beautician in 2009 in Dubrovnik.
In our beauty and wellness department she pampers our guests with the following treatments: manicure and pedicure – with OPI products, classic und intensive anti-ageing facial treatments with THALGO products, detox body treatments with various peelings and packs, and massages. She is also happy to do skin analyses, and recommend suitable THALGO products for daily care at home.
Naturopath and yoga trainer
Deyan Emilov is a naturopath and yoga trainer. He grew up with Hatha Yoga which he has adopted as his way of life. Yoga led him first to Ayurveda and later to Daoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He studied TCM and Ayurveda in Dublin, Ireland. To deepen his knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda he also travelled to India where he underwent training in yoga and Ayurveda at the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh, and Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar.
Shiju Devasia was born and brought up in Kerala, one of the most famous cities in India that specialises in yoga and Ayurveda, and later moved to Slovakia. He received his diploma in Ayurveda in 2006 at the Asramam Training College and Hospital Vazhavara. In addition to ayurvedic massage, he also trained in Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, sport massage and classic massage. During his ayurvedic training he learnt over 45 different types of treatment, specialising in marma massage, shirodhara (forehead massage), pindasvedana (herbal stamp massage), Indian head massage and abhyanga (ayurvedic full body massage).
